Access to your property
We normally send a reminder the evening before a regular clean. Gates and safe rear or side access must be available before we arrive. If part of the property is inaccessible, we will clean the areas we can reach and the full scheduled charge will still apply. Our round cannot wait for gates to be opened or return later the same day.
Cancelling or skipping regular cleans
Regular prices are based on the agreed frequency. Occasional changes are understandable, but repeated cancellations or skipped cleans may lead to removal from the regular round. Contact us if a less frequent plan would suit you better.
Payment
Regular-clean payments are due after completion and within the period shown on the invoice or payment request. For a one-off window clean, full payment is due when we arrive and before cleaning begins. Repeated late payment or non-payment may suspend or end the service. Any outstanding balance remains payable after cancellation.
Weather and scheduling
Purified-water window cleaning may continue in light rain. We rearrange work when conditions are unsafe or may affect quality. Regular cleaning runs on a round-based schedule, so dates can move because of weather, holidays, equipment, vehicle or staffing issues. Reminder messages are a courtesy rather than a guaranteed appointment time.
Locked gates, pets and safety
Do not rely on us contacting you on arrival. Locked gates, blocked access, loose pets or unsafe areas may be left until the next clean, with the normal charge still payable after attendance. Please keep access routes clear and tell us about hazards or damaged surfaces in advance. We may decline any area we consider unsafe.
Ending the service
You may cancel by contacting Mellor's Cleaning Services. We may discontinue a service because of persistent access problems, repeated cancellations, abusive behaviour, late payment, non-payment or other circumstances that make the round impractical.
Thank you. These conditions keep the round reliable and prevent delays for customers later in the day.
